Returns Information
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect your equipment thoroughly to ensure it meets your expectations.
- Any concerns or issues must be reported to our customer service within 3 working days of receiving your order.
- Products that are faulty or damaged (not resulting from misuse) are eligible for returns.
- Given the size and nature associated with Pilates apparatus, we’re unable to accept returns based on a change of mind. However, if goods remain unused and are in their original packaging, returns can be made at the customers expense within 7 days of receipt.
- Please contact us within 3 working days in receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
- If you believe your order is faulty or damaged, please provide us with images and details of the issue within 3 working days.
- We will inspect at our head office to determine the best course of action to address the issue, which generally is to ship any necessary parts to you.
- If we are unable to resolve the issue with necessary parts, please let us know and we will provide instructions for appropriate resolutions.
- Refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Once the inspection is approved, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
