Standing roll down exercise

Take the exercise Standing Roll Down – maybe at first you find it hard to touch your toes. But if you practised every day you would get better. Consider this imagery cue: Imagine you are stood next to a large pile of books as many as you need to roll down and place your hands flat with your legs straight and in great alignment – for the Standing Roll Down.
Every day that that your achieve getting your hands flat with your legs straight and in great alignment, you then take one page from the book. Keep doing this until your hands are flat on the floor.
