Unpacking The Reformer
Please unpack all of the equipment in a clear, clean & dry environment on a level floor surface, using two people to remove the large components. Remove the plastic packaging from the Reformer frame, stopper blocks, and spring bar.
Setting the Foot Bar
Lift the foot bar and set it in its upright position.
Inserting the Carriage
Remove the packaging from the Carriage and carefully place it in the runners of the Reformer frame, using two people to hold the Carriage.
Attaching the Springs
Attach all of the springs to the underside of the carriage. Ensure they sit inside the support bar.
Attaching the Foot Strap
Clip both foot straps to the eyelets under the foot bar.
Threading the Straps
Feed the looped end of the leather strap through the pulley wheel from the bottom, then clip the handle to the D-Ring on the leather strap.
At the other end of the leather strap, remove one of the nuts from the screw thread and then feed the screw thread through the hole next to the front wheel under the carriage.
Reattach the nut to the screw thread and tighten using the supplied multitool. Repeat on the other strap, then check they are both the same length. You can adjust the position of the nut to change the strap length.
Optional Jump Board
Remove the jump board bracket from the box. Position the bracket under the Foot Bar so that the 4 holes line up with the 4 in the Reformer frame. Use the 4 bolts and the 6mm Allen Key supplied to attach. The Jump Board is now ready to be added into the bracket.
