    The pair of Soft Pilates Weights (also known as Weighted Pilates Balls) are used in various Pilates studios to make matwork or reformer Pilates exercises more challenging. Filled with flexible sand and encased in a soft, grippy PVC outer shell, they are designed to be held in the hand, which promotes balance, increases endurance, tones muscles, and develops functional grip.

    The PVC material additionally makes them comfortable to hold and safer compared to other weights if they are dropped. At 1.5kg each, these pair of soft weighted balls are heavier, and therefore suited to more intense, strength-building Pilates workouts. Also available in 0.5kg or 1kg pairs.

    • Care Instructions: May become firm if not used regularly. This is not indicative of a defect in the product, but rather a natural occurrence. You can maintain the softness by using a needle valve (commonly used in football/bicycle pumps), simply insert the needle valve into the ball’s valve, allowing the ball to naturally reinflate.
