9” Exer-Soft Pilates Ball – Black

The 9″ Exer-Soft Pilates Ball/Pilates overball provides a slightly larger size for more support when used in reformer Pilates, matwork Pilates, or as a fitness ball for rehabilitation or physiotherapy. This size makes it especially suited to support the back, hips, or knees — providing an unstable surface to increase core activation. It can also be held between the hands, ankles, hips, knees, or inner thighs to increase strength and develop posture and toning.

The Mini Pilates Ball is burst resistant and will also slowly deflate if it is punctured, increasing safety. Additionally, the PVC provides excellent grip and comfort. The 9″ or 12″ Pilates Ball supports larger parts of the body, while the 7″ Pilates Ball is more suited to targeting smaller areas. The size/resistance of all of our Exer-Soft Balls can be adjusted by inflating them with the accompanying straw.
